Larry Cochrane (Greensboro, NC) "What a wonderful life! The things I participated in: 1) food packaging for the early space program, 2) the first nylon gas bag for car shock absorbers, 3) a PVC bottle for liquor, 4) the first twist-off crown for beer and beverage bottles, 5) the only product approved for packaging doctor samples for moisture sensitive pharmaceuticals, 6) the earliest electric luminescent lamps for auto dash boards, 7) the earliest work on solar cells, 8) the original work on the Mylar balloons, and 9) developed the first tooling inventory system for a major medical device manufacturer."
Larry has two wonderful children and two terrific ex-wives. He does not have any grandchildren yet. He is starting to feel they he may never get any. He is actively involved in oil painting and other art media. He is also attempting to illustrate six children's books |
