Terry Manke (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Hiram College. He then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Management from Case Western Reserve University. Terry worked as a CEO of health care corporation for 15 years, as an administrator of physician practice organizations and as a principal with a health care consulting firm.

Toby, Terry's wife, is a CPA. They have two children. Their son has a MBA from Michigan and is now a financial firm's innovation director. Their daughter was a Pennsylvania state tennis champion. She is now an Occupational Therapist. Toby is a CPA. They have seven grandchildren.

Terry likes to volunteer and play tennis. He still loves other sports. Terry and Toby resided for over 25+ years in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They have resided for the last 12 years in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
