Ray Orley (Albuquerque, NM) After graduating from Brecksville, Ray went to Boston College, Catholic University in Washington, D.C., and UC Berkeley, where he received a Ph.D. in Dramatic Art. After a few years of teaching at a small college north of San Francisco, he joined the Foreign Service and worked as a cultural attaché with the US Information Agency in India, Russia, England, Germany, Zimbabwe, and Nigeria. Since retiring, Ray has lived in northeastern Pennsylvania, London, and now for nine years he has resided in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His first wife, Ingard, died in 1978. Ray is now married to "the magnificent Wendy" since 1982. He also has two amazing stepchildren, Lisa and David, and one unimaginably gorgeous granddaughter named Nell.

Ray spends as much time as possible doing what he loves most - acting. He would have liked to work as an actor for a living, but decided he "preferred eating to not eating!" He is also the founder of the Albuquerque Theatre Guild. Ray and Wendy love to travel, particularly to Europe and Australia to visit "Queen Nell", who'll be two in August and lives outside Melbourne with her retinue.
